The Redmi Smart Band is 5ATM rated for being water-resistant, which means it can resist water upto 10 minutes in under 50 meters depth, thus making it a fine wearable while swimming or showering.

It comes with a unique raise-to-awake feature, where it can be activated by just raising your wrist. This eliminates the need for swiping or touching any buttons to activate the screen.

It has about 50 personalized watch faces that a user can set, and lasts up to 14 days with a single charge. Gladly, it comes with a general USB type port for charging, thus not needing a special type cable to get charged, unlike Mi bands. It can be connected to both Android and iOS devices to receive notifications.

Redmi Smart Band Pricing and Availability

The Redmi Smart Band comes in four colors of Black, Green, Orange, and Blue, and is priced at Rs. 1,599 for all variants. It was initially launched in China in April this year for a price tag of ¥99, which converts to Rs. 1,100. This smart band will go sale in India starting September 9 via Mi Home stores, Mi.com, Amazon and offline retailers.
